Refund policy
Morfit is designed to provide continuing relief from back pain. If it doesn’t provide the relief you need within 30 days, return Morfit for a full refund by following the Returns Procedure outlined in paragraph 10 of our Terms and Conditions (provided it meets the eligibility below).

Your product must have been received by you in the last 30 days.

All components of your product are returned (i.e. lumbar support, vacuum-pump, charging cable).

Your product is in ‘like new’ condition – no damage, pet hair or other used conditions.

Your product is returned in the original packaging.

The customer covers the cost of return shipping.

This relief or return guarantee only applies to products purchased directly from morfit.co.nz
We donate returned products so please understand that we cannot offer a full refund if your product is not returned in an appropriate condition/missing components.
If, due to the condition of the returned product we are unable to offer a refund, you can request that the goods be returned to you at your cost.
For the multiple purchase discount, if one product is returned then full price applies to the remaining product.
Goods damaged in transit
If any goods are damaged in transit to you, we will provide a replacement provided that the procedures outlined in these Terms and Conditions are followed.

You must inspect the goods for damage immediately following delivery.

You must inform us by email at support@morfit.co.nz within 72 hours of delivery of any damage or defect.

Your email should contain the following information:

The invoice/reference number.

The date of purchase.

The date of delivery.

A brief description of the fault or damage and, if possible, a photograph of the fault or damage.

Your daytime contact phone number.

You must retain the original packaging for the goods as this may be required for us to make a claim against the carrier.

You must return the goods to us together with the original packaging within 14 days of receipt by following the returns procedure by following the Returns Procedure outlined in paragraph 10 of our Terms and Conditions.
