Shipping policy

Shipping is free on orders from Morfit and for your convenience we deliver via NZ Post anywhere in New Zealand. 

Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your product to be dispatched as a priority. We will notify you via email when your product is dispatched and provide you with the tracking details. Morfit will dispatch within 24 hours Monday to Friday and in most cases, the courier will deliver your parcel within 1-3 working days (please allow a few extra days for Rural delivery).

Don't worry if you're not at home when the product/s are delivered. NZ Post will leave a card at your home advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product. Your new product will then be available to be collected at your local post office. You will find information about the post office location on the card left by the courier.

If you prefer not to sign for your parcel and would like to utilise the 'Parcel Leave Service' through your NZ Post account, you will agree to the NZ Post terms, please read their terms and conditions here.

    If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
